Rupali Bank Limited has confirmed to use Versadial voice logger solution for their treasury operation. Business Automation Ltd. has got the agreement with Rupali Bank for providing the solution. As per the guideline of Bangladesh Bank for monitoring the treasury operation through conversation recording of the agents, the banks have been installing the solution and Business Automation has already deployed 10 solutions to different banks.
