Customer Service Tracker for Standard Chartered Bank


This Software System is a web based application, designed and developed to maintain and track the Customer Service Request. There are 3 Service Handling Department providing with more then 30 different types of services like change of Address, Signature, request for Statement, issue a new card or replace a TIN etc. The System consists with the functionalities of Received/Trigger Service Request, Assigning Services to Department, Close the Services, Reporting Options, Configuration/Admin Options.
